Free Printable Health Log Maker
Create clean, ready-to-print logs for blood pressure, blood sugar, medications, and weekly medication schedules. Many people find it helpful to keep an organized written record to share with their care team — bringing a printed log to an appointment can make it easier to review patterns and discuss any questions with your provider.
Everything is generated in your browser. Nothing is ever sent to our servers — your health information stays on your device.
How to use the Health Log Maker
- Choose a log type — Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Medication List, or Weekly Medication Schedule.
- Adjust the settings — select how many rows you want, turn Large Print on or off, and decide whether to pre-fill dates so the rows are already labelled when you print.
- Add optional columns — the blood sugar log has an optional Before / After Meal column, and the medication list has an optional block for emergency contact information and known allergies.
- Print your sheet — click the Print button, or use your browser's print shortcut (Ctrl+P on Windows, ⌘+P on Mac). The log fills the printable area automatically.
- Fill it in by hand — rows are generously sized so you have plenty of space to write. Bring the completed sheet to your next appointment to share with your care team.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this tool completely free?
- Yes — the Health Log Maker is free to use with no signup, no account, and no payment required. Simply choose your log type, adjust the settings, and print.
- Is there a large-print option?
- Yes. Large Print is turned on by default because many people find it easier to write in the rows. You can turn it off if you prefer a more compact sheet.
- What columns does a blood pressure log typically include?
- A blood pressure log commonly has columns for the date, time, systolic reading, diastolic reading, pulse, and a notes field. This tool generates a sheet with exactly those columns so you have a consistent format to fill in each time you take a reading.
- Can I track multiple medications on one sheet?
- Yes. The Medication List sheet has rows for each medication, with columns for dose, when taken, prescriber, pharmacy, and start date. You can choose how many rows to include — from 8 up to 20.
- Is any of my health information stored or sent anywhere?
- No. Your settings (like which log type you last used) are saved only in your browser's localStorage, which never leaves your device. The printable sheet itself is generated entirely in your browser. No health data is collected, transmitted, or stored on any server.
